| Well. Today was my 16th Birthday. It was a good one. I received many birthday wishes from people which made me smile. more than last year. but on this day, I realize, that God is the source of this all. It was Him and his awesome power that created me even before I was concieved. And that, is simply mind-boggling, but at the same time, it's sweetly wonderful. As my birthday comes to a close, I also have grown a year stronger. Not for me, but for God. I've been taught many things from reading His word and from Church and from my wonderful girlfriend Jodie. I've also realized that "my" birthday isn't really about me at all, it's about the One and Only. Although, my being born is an outstanding reminder of what God has done, will do, and can do. It only encourages me to grow in faith and become closer with this Everlasting God that's pulled me through rigorous times and that's always been there for me for support of any kind. O Lord, you've done great things, and for that, i'll never be able to thank you enough. I love you God. | | |
| hmm well. where to start. i kind of miss ye old xanga. i haven't been doing much with friends lately other than after school with zach/nick. i bought the new switchfoot CD which is good and i bought a Hillsong and the newest Jeremy Camp CD. (i really like em) Lately i've been growing closer with God and learning to put my trust in Him with my life and just everything. I really feel like reaching out to the people in school, i really do. nobody really comments me. haha oh wells. i'm pretty happy now. all thanks to God no less.  ahhh. i've been reminiscing lots too. i probably shouldn't delve too much into the past though. school's been good to me too. i moved up to Tandem 2 *yess!* it's really nice. i've got class with super smart people haha. Mr schade is coming to take Mrs. Kauffman's place though. they're both cool/nice people in their own ways. i think i might miss Mrs. Kauffman. This weekend i go to my mom's. i gotta try to make the best of that as i can. sunday is volleyball tryouts. only 2 people tried out jodie tells me so i pretty much have a garunteed spot. anyone who reads this, i pray you'll become closer with God as much as you can. also, i hope that everyone can pray for all of those who don't konw God and pray they seek Him. yeah, God's done so much for me and i don't think a whole lifetime of gratitude will ever be enough, but i thank Him as much i can. welllll that's my uh... well that's my life so far? | She (Mary) gave birth to her first child, a son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger. That night angles appeared to nearby shepherds and said " I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.
